Her passion is helping clients find amazing talent. As well as guiding others in finding their career paths and taking the time to make sure everyone she meets is treated with respect and sincerity.

Her expertise has been serving Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, and Consumer Goods industries. Her passion for the industry is built upon the philosophy of changing lives; whether it's the clients she serves or the candidates she assists, Shelley is about the people, results, and relationships. She treats people with respect and in turn builds long-term relationships based on transparency, integrity and open communication.

  • Executive Recruiter: Tiffany Nicole has enjoyed a career in the recruiting industry since 2005. She began her career as an Administrative Recruiter, where she placed candidates of all levels from administrative to Office Management in Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Technology and CPG industries. Her desire for further growth, led to Executive Search recruiting where she has successfully placed Sr. level Management to C-level roles. Tiffany has earned numerous performance awards, and feels blessed to use her expertise to help candidates find fulfillment in their next career chapter while serving our clients to find the very best long-term employees.
